The Native American Grants-in-Aid committee encourages all Pi State Delta Kappa Gamma Chapters to select a member responsible for the Native American Program in their chapter. Members will promote the Native American Grant(s)-in-Aid program with contacts in the Native American community, guidance counselors, and/or with young women who are hoping to continue their education.
The young women applying must have at least one Native American parent and be listed on a Tribal Role. This program currently supports up to five students by awarding them $500 each semester (for up to ten semesters) to defray the cost of their education.
