As we progress further into the New Year, I’ve been trying to stick to my New Year’s Resolution of trying to eat more healthy foods which is why I am pleased to share my recipe for fruit “crepes” that will satisfy your sweet tooth without adding to your waist line!

This recipe is great if you’re looking for a quick snack or need breakfast on the go.  You can also try other combinations like peanut butter, banana and fluff or strawberries and nutella!  Mango chunks and raspberry jam are also another delicious combo that will be sure to please your taste buds!

Now let’s talk about the Cost Breakdown:

Banana: 0.19¢ each
Peanut butter:  $4.19
Tortillas:  $1.49

The total amount you’re spending on groceries is less than $10 – even if you got 5 bananas!  Peanut butter is a great spread to keep in your dorm, bananas are good on the go, and tortillas can be used for any number of recipes!  I’d say that’s a win!
